Custom Order Policy:
Please call us so we can set up a consultation appointment for you to discuss your show clothes needs and to take your personal measurements. If you cannot come to the shop or meet us at a show we can discuss your order over the phone or by e-mail. We will send you the appropriate measurement chart with instructions. Should you have any questions, we can help you over the phone. If we do not take the measurements for you and they are incorrect, the alterations will be at your expense.
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required when you place your custom order. Payment in full is needed before your order is shipped. Any custom order that is not paid in full within 60 days after completion will be placed in our inventory for sale. Deposits are non-refundable if the custom order is sold after the 60 day period.
Alterations are done at no charge within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are additional and non-refundable.
Custom Orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Please allow four to six weeks for custom orders and an additional two weeks for necessary alterations. Rush orders will be charged an additional $100 and express shipping charges for materials may be applied for orders required in less than 4 weeks.
Ready to Wear
Ready- to-Wear garments require payment in full at the time of the order. We guarantee they will meet your satisfaction or you may return them within 10 days for a full refund, credit or exchange. The garment must be returned unused, unaltered with tags still attached. You must contact Showing Style within 3 days of receiving the item if it is to be returned. NO returns after 10 days. This policy is for Ready-to-Wear and any Consignment items.
Consignment Clothing
All consignment (used) clothing is sold “AS IS” and has the same return policy as Ready-to-Wear items. Alterations will be an additional charge.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All merchandise is shipped Priority Mail at a rate of $12.00 for normal delivery. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for heavier packages. FedEx will be used if 2nd day or overnight is required at the customer’s expense. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Policy
All items must be returned to Showing Style within 10 days from date received by the customer. Showing Style must be contacted within 3 days of receiving it if the item is to be returned. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received -unworn, clean and tags intact. All return shipping costs and shipping insurance fees will be paid by the customer.
